There are 0 fat calories in sugar and if you were to eat sugar for breakfast you would in essence be eating zero fat calories!<br/><br/>Using a low calorie diet will help either. One of the worst things you can do in fact is utilize a low calorie diet. Low calorie diets may work for a few days but after the initial weight loss you&#8217;ll hit a plateau. The reason for this is your body&#8217;s natural fat burning engines slows down and this is when you hit the plateau. The amount of daily calories are not the deciding factor in your weight loss. It is the &#8220;Type&#8221; of calorie you consume. Calories come from three sources; fat, carbs and protein. It is this that is important.<br/><br/>Low Carb diets have been all the rage the last few years especially as an easy weight loss for teens program. The problem with these diets is they are very strict and very hard to follow for the average person. It is difficult to remain on a low CARB diet for any period of time because your body is robbed of precious energy. Just to give you an idea of how restrictive these diets are, the Atkins diet a very popular program allows just 20 &#8220;net carbs&#8221; per day for the first 2 weeks. Although These can and do work for many people they usually are very costly and weight loss is spread out over sometimes a very long period of time. There has to be change in this area too, but if you stick to your plan, old habits will be replaced with new ones and the body and its chemistry will follow suit.<br/><br/>Exercise<br/><br/>Exercise is one of the best things you can do for weight loss, keeping in mind that exercise program must be suitable to one&#8217;s body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can.  Exercise alone, without concomitant dietary caloric restriction and behavior modification, tends to produce only modest weight loss of 3-5 lbs.  But as we know, it’s never bad or too late to exercise, and it plays a more vital function than to just help you achieve &#8220;Weight Loss&#8221;.<br/><br/>Health<br/><br/>People lose weight because they want to feel healthier, look better or have more energy.  A description of a healthy person is the one who eat right type and right quantity of food and who consumes it too with physical activity.  Sound easy… but the habits we have developed and the incorrect emphasis on career over health in the modern world produce opposite and negative results. I highly doubt you&#8217;ll lose 3 pounds from your head, as the human head weighs 8 pounds total and there&#8217;s no weigh to lose that much unless you get a lobotomy. Nice attempt at wit though.<br />
By the way, I don&#8217;t need to lose weight.<br />
Would it really be that bad to mix it with exercise? I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;d cause heart attack that quickly, isn&#8217;t it more of a long-term thing?<br />
It&#8217;s for health, and it is an option. We&#8217;re learning about extreme weight loss, as it&#8217;s been one of the media&#8217;s target for a while now. Seeing that cocaine seems to be virtually everywhere in Hollywood, the same place where there is alot of anorexia and bulemia it was an easy connection to make, especially when you see emaciated stars on the cover of magazines.<br/><br/><a href=''>Bertha</a></div>
