How to Lose Weight in 2 Days

how to lose weight
Aaron Patterson asked:

The millionaire diet gurus will howl when I say this, but it’s literally possible to start seeing results only 2 days into your diet. But the millionaire gurus probably aren’t for you, anyway-you actually want to lose weight, instead of buying a monthly membership and expensive food from them.

Now, let’s insert a caveat-there are some very bad ways to lose weight in 2 days. You can starve yourself; you may lose a couple pounds. You can binge and purge, and you’ll lose weight. These aren’t the kinds of ideas I’m talking about.

In fact, eating less is probably the worst thing you can do to lose weight in 2 days. Your metabolism will respond quickly and viciously: it’ll slow down to conserve as much energy and calories as possible. That’s the exact opposite of what you want, but that’s how the body works. Don’t fight it.

Instead, use eating techniques that stimulate the metabolism, so that you can do the same things you always do, but burn more calories doing them. This approach is called calorie shifting and it works so well that when people who have been dieting the conventional way discover it, they’re usually blown away. The techniques are simple-eating certain types of food at certain times of day, eating at certain intervals, etc. But when applied correctly and combined with each other, they become an incredibly effective way to instantly alter your metabolism and start getting weight loss results.

The diet program FatLoss4Idiots literally enables you to lose weight in 2 days. The program is only an 11 day cycle in total, during which you can lose as much as 9 pounds. You can repeat the cycle as needed. Check out this FatLoss4Idiots review for more information, and if you really want to get the body you deserve, use FatLoss4Idiots to start losing weight now.

Top Tips for Rapid Weight Loss

Top Tips For Rapid Weight Loss

Whatever weight loss program you are on, rapid or not you will find that many of the things you currently do in a week will have to change if it is too be successful. Successful weight loss requires a special commitment that cannot be underestimated and even a rapid weight loss program should be taken seriously and there are a number of things to consider.Visit to :http://lose-weight-quick-365.blogspot.com

There are a number of things that can affect your weight loss, for instance, family history even genetics can play a significant role and other than physical appearance, weight affects a person in many ways. Whilst the number of physical and mental effects on an overweight person is great, it is amazing how these can be turned around when a person starts to lose weight.

Rapid weight loss programs can achieve this but they are generally a combination of programs that will entail exercise, healthy eating and supplements to achieve that fat free look many people want to have. The diet plan must be flexible to your tastes other wise it will fail but time must be put aside, at least a quarter of an hour, every day to carry out some form of physical activity like brisk walking, running or other type of cardiovascular exercise.http://lose-weight-quick-365.blogspot.com

It must be remembered that despite the number of weight loss diet plans around, they will not all work with everyone that is on them and then there will be different weight loss speeds and levels of success with anyone that uses them. If you are finding that the weight is not being lost as quickly as it should be then perhaps you will need to adapt your exercise routine to something that is more arduous and change part of your diet plan to increase energy levels.

If you find one rapid weight loss plan isn’t working as it should then perhaps you will need to change the diet plan as each person’s metabolism is different and you cannot expect every diet plan to work. You would be wise to choose an exercise method that suits your physical abilities so if you do not like swimming then try walking or dancing and don’t be concerned if you find yourself building a little muscle from the activity as it will just burn the calories off all the faster.

Drink at least six 8oz glasses of water each day as weight loss depends on flushing your system out so you must stay hydrated during the process. Even though white meat and fish are generally good for you, they can contain more fat than is desirable so stay clear of deep fried foods in general as they are full of fat that is damaging to your system.

Foods that are grilled are by definition, not cooked in oil or their own fat and once cooked, retain little or no fat so are better for overall health. Many people think it is a good idea to give up carbohydrates like bread, pasta, potatoes for example but they supply our energy needs so are necessary for day to day activities including exercise.

A rapid weight loss diet like this will enable someone to lose about a pound a day as they will be on anywhere between one thousand to fifteen hundred calories a day but once they start eating more, the weight will go back on again.http://lose-weight-quick-365.blogspot.com

Stop Yo-yo Dieting By Avoiding Quick Weight Loss

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008
quick weight loss
Mike Warner asked:

We can be the most stubborn people at times. No matter what we see in reality, we want to believe in the improbable, especially when we are trying to lose weight. Even though it may have taken us years and years of developing habits that cause us to put on weight, when we want to lose it, we expect it to happen suddenly. We forget that it takes habits to make long lasting changes in our bodies, and that no matter how much we want to believe that there is a magical cure out there, its still going to take work on our part.

If you have a look at what is selling most in the weight loss industry, and the products that are sold, a lot of them are sold based on promises of very quick weight loss. Of course this is no mistake. The weight loss companies have already worked out that what people want is to lose that weight quick. So all of their marketing is based around this. Yet there’s been no product that’s ever been able to defy the magic formula: Burn more calories than you lose.

But we choose to ignore this, still hoping to lose weight suddenly without change even a fraction of our habits.

Unfortunately it’s the desire for quick weight loss that is often at the heart of the ‘yo-yo’ dieter syndrome, where you don’t end up losing any weight at all.

Let me give you a very common scenario.

Let’s say you find a crash diet that is all the rage. Everyone on it seems to be losing weight. So you think, ‘I should give this a go, it’ll work for me too.’ So off you go, changing your eating habits completely. All you have is food from a very small strict range. The worst thing is, because you’ve made such a drastic change from your long term habits, it gets harder to keep up, the longer you try to stick to the diet. You start to fight with yourself internally. Soon enough its not just about the food. You start to feel that your freedom is being taken away from you by this diet, and you have massive urges and cravings to break free.

You and I both know what happens next, you eventually get to the point where you say, ‘A small slice of pizza is not going to hurt, I’ve been very good, and I’ll be back on this diet immediately after.’ So you go and have that slice of pizza.

But it doesn’t stop there does it.

After you have one piece of that pizza, you think, ‘Awwww, another piece isn’t going to hurt anyone.’ Then the flood gates open.

You have released your cravings and then you scour the house for every piece of junk food you’ve been keeping from yourself. Its all going down. And before you know it, you’re back to square one.

What was the problem then? The problem was that your diet was never a permanent move. We all know that diets are temporary. So isn’t it silly to get on a diet and expect the effects to last forever? Of course it is!

Seriously, would any of the diets that are on the market even exist if people thought about this before they decided to start that diet? The facts are that it took long term habits to put that weight on your body. So right there, if you realize that, your own body has given you the exact blueprint of how to lose it as well.

You have to form new habits, but this time, these habits have to allow you to reach and maintain your ideal weight. Its not rocket science, no matter what the latest gadget or miracle cure is promising. It comes down to you.

Does that mean you shouldn’t use any of the products on the market?

No it doesn’t, but it does mean you shouldn’t become dependent on them. Make use of any product that you think will genuinely help you to form long lasting habits that will change your body shape, both in the short and long terms. Whatever you do, never ever buy a weight loss product or service thinking that it is going to do all the work for you and get rid of the weight in your body. It just doesn’t work that way, and deep down you know that’s true. So focus on you becoming the force of change so that you start to develop healthy lifestyle habits. That’s the real secret to long lasting weight loss.

Rapid Weight Loss Ideas – How to Lose Weight Rapidly With 3 Simple Ideas

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Michael Lee asked:

Losing weight. It’s the issue people of all ages have to deal with. Is quick weight loss an unattainable dream? Well, if you keep on reading, you’ll find rapid weight loss ideas which will prove otherwise. It’s very achievable if you have the right knowledge.

Some rapid weight loss ideas out there can do you more harm than good. Learn how to separate the beneficial advice from the trash. By reading this article, you’ll discover safe yet effective solutions to your weight dilemma.

Exercise.

This is one of the many rapid weight loss ideas that really works. You don’t have to be a member at a gym to get exercise either. All you have to do is use any available time you have to do sit-ups, crunches and lunges.

And even if you’re the busiest person in the world, you can still spare five minutes a day for sit-ups, right? Even while watching television, you can get moving and give your body a workout. There’s simply no excuse.

Adopt A Healthy Diet.

A healthy diet can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. Start by giving up some of your favorite unhealthy foods first. For example, instead of drinking soda (which is responsible for many people’s excess weight), drink water or natural (and sugarless) fruit juice.

This practice will seem difficult and impossible at first, but you’ll get used to it if you do it often. You’re also bound to have more health benefits by drinking water, too! This of course leads me to the next tip.

Drink More Water.

You have always been taught to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Well, hardly anybody does but you should probably heed this age-old advice.

Drinking water does not only improve your health and your complexion, it also reduces your food cravings throughout the day. Drinking water makes you feel full, so your snacking tendencies will disappear.

Of course, water is not a replacement for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Who knew water is considered one of the more effective rapid weight loss ideas, right?

These three rapid weight loss ideas are not only effective, but they are also safe. To increase their efficiency, it’s a good idea to incorporate all three into your lifestyle at the same time. Combine these methods with a little discipline and patience, and you’ll have a lean body in no time.

Tips for Quick Weight Loss

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008
quick weight loss
Kelvin Ho asked:

Though a quick weight loss program is generally not considered the ideal way to lose weight permanently and healthily, here are some tips you can follow if you want a short-term, quick-fix weight loss solution.

These quick weight loss tips will allow you to lose some weight and inches rapidly for a short-term purpose, such as comfortably fitting into your dress for an unexpected event coming at a short notice (say, 15 days) or looking good in your bikini during an outing on the beach.

Here they are:

1. Reduce your salt intake: During the few days you have for losing weight, reduce your salt (to be more precise, sodium) intake to minimal. This will help reduce water retention in the body, resulting in quick weight loss.

2. Increase your water intake: Drinking plenty of water has the same effect as reducing your sodium intake.

3. Reduce your carbs intake: Reducing your intake of carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates, and substituting them with proteins will also lead to quick weight loss.

4. Avoid gas-producing foods: Eating gas-producing foods like kidney beans and cabbage can add a couple of inches to your tummy due to bloating. So avoid them for the time being.

5. Eat small portions but more frequently: Eating small portions will firstly ensure that the stomach does not lose its shape due to bloating. Secondly, it ensures that you burn up all the calories you eat in a single meal, with no excess calories left for being stored as fat in the body.

6. Keep yourself physically active throughout the day: This will keep your metabolism perked up and you will keep burning calories throughout the day.

7. Do stretches, leg raises and abdominal exercises: These will tighten and strengthen your abdominal area, giving a slim look to your stomach. Even otherwise, keep your abdominal muscles tightened and pulled up throughout the day. Doing so will burn additional calories.

8. Eat wisely: Completely avoid calorie-rich fatty and sugary foods like chips, cakes, pastries, ice creams, sodas, etc. Instead go for fiber-rich fresh fruits and vegetables. Fiber too helps in this case.

However, if your past experience efforts indicates that your body does not generally respond quickly to any weight loss tips, then there are many commercial diets available in the market to help you.

Remember that to lose weight in a more healthy manner and on a long-term basis you need to adopt a sustained exercise plan focusing on fat loss as well as muscle mass buildup, in addition to diet control because weight lost rapidly can also be gained back rapidly.

Is running good for weight loss in your legs?

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008
weight loss
Mrs. Heather Schabby asked:

I’d like to either lose weight in my legs, or at least tone them nicely. Even if they remain about the same size but turn to muscle I’m fine with that.

Would running with a Wii fit work to achieve this if I only run for 10-20 minutes a day? I have a disability which prevents me from doing more than that unfortunately. Will this be sufficient enough to achieve weight loss in my legs or tone them, or is there nothing I can do since I can’t push myself more than that?

Thanks!

Vicki
